K&I Contractors Inc is a company locally owned and managed by Konrad Zieja. Konrad has been installing roofing and siding since 1993 and has earned the respect throughout the area. K&I contractors have definitely grown over the years, we are a CertainTeed Shingle Master Installer, GAF Master Elite Installer and install Alcoa, Certain Teed, and Hardi Plank siding, to name a few. We are not the largest contractor in the area, but we are large enough to service several large builders as well as numerous custom builders, and our residential clients.
Our licensed and insured exterior division installs roofing, siding, gutters and downspouts, windows, doors, skylights as well as drivet, stucco and stone. For our residential clients, we obtain any permits required in accordance to local municipalities prior to our starting any work at no additional cost.
Our interior division handles framing, drywall, paint, remodeling, home rehabilitation, and new home construction. If you want to change your current floor plan, convert a basement into living space, add a bathroom or remodel your kitchen, we have the resources and manpower to help you make it happen. Or maybe your doing home rehabilitation projects (flip houses), we have the knowledge, manpower and experience to handle multiple home projects efficiently and timely so that your time line and budget can stay in line with your projections.
